 Hi, I’m Gina, and I’m so glad you’re here! As a salon owner, educator, and life coach, my passion lies in helping salon owners like you create thriving businesses, elevate your culture, and build a team that loves where they work. My journey as a salon owner hasn’t been easy, but every challenge has taught me something invaluable that I’m eager to share.
For five years, I owned an employment-based salon where I worked relentlessly to refine my leadership skills and build a strong team culture. But the reality of leadership hit hard when I faced a massive team walkout. That moment forced me to reflect deeply on myself as a leader, on my systems, and on my culture. It wasn’t until I embraced the tough lessons and did the hard work on myself that I started to see the breakthroughs. From that experience, I transitioned into creating The Network Salon—a hybrid space focused on empowering stylists to run their businesses while fostering a community-oriented culture.
Throughout this journey, I’ve immersed myself in coaching frameworks and leadership strategies, including Tony Robbins’ Six Human Needs, which has been a game-changer in understanding what drives people and how to create long-term retention. I know firsthand how hard it is to manage turnover, let someone go, or create systems that work. That’s why I’m dedicated to equipping you with actionable strategies, tools, and insights to help you avoid the mistakes I’ve made and build something incredible.
