How to Cancel Your Membership

Cancellation Steps:

Hi friends!

We totally understand that circumstances change and that you may need to cancel your membership. The #1 reason our members have cancelled is that they don't have time to enjoy their membership. We challenge you to make the time to grow your business! Mastermind 20 minutes a day keeps burnout and losing passion away! If you were to simply listen to our Power Session replays and join in LIVE when you can, your membership will be paid back to you 10 fold. Most of our content can be enjoyed on the go and is made for busy people like you! Please also remember, there is no other membership that gives you a business coach for this low of a price. If you have been a member for a long time, remember you are grandfathered into the best price.

If your decision is purely budgetary, remember you can still get access to Mastermind GOLD for the low price of $20/month. Mastermind GOLD is a condensed version of Mastermind where you will still have access to coaching with Gina, but not the full extend of the content library and a smaller discount for LIVE classes.

With all of that being said, if you still want to cancel, remember that you are welcome back anytime and we HOPE you come back! Once you are a part of Mastermind, you are always #MastermindFam.

Please note: We never lock anyone in to long term memberships and give you instant access to all of the goods! In exchange, we do not manage e-mail cancellations. Please do not e-mail us asking to cancel! Per our terms and conditions all cancellations are self cancellations. There are no refunds on online education. 

Please know that users who pay with Paypal do not get notified when their subscription is ready to renew. This is Paypal's policy, we hate it and stopped using Paypal for new subscriptions for this reason. 

How to cancel:

  • Log into your account
  • Click on your avatar in the upper right hand corner
  • Click “settings” from the drop down menu
  • Click billing info at the top right of the page
  • If you paid with Stripe, click cancel 
  • You are all set! You will have access until the end of your billing cycle

If you paid with PayPal

  • From the same Billing Info page
  • Click “manage subscription in PayPal”
  • You will be directed to PayPal, log in
  • Click payments in the top menu
  • Select “manage automatic payments”
  • Select from the left sidebar which merchant you’d like to cancel
  • Click Cancel
  • Confirm by clicking “Cancel Automatic Payments”
  • You are all set! You will have access until the end of your billing cycle

Please know you are welcome back anytime! You will still have access to our Facebook group because you will always be Mastermind
