166. Feedback is a GIFT!
What’s up you guys! It’s been a minute, but I’m so excited to share this story with you. This episode started as a rant during my mastermind power session about why feedback is truly a gift — if you let it be one.
I dive into how often we get complaints, how we gather and encourage feedback, and how I personally handle certain situations. I also share a recent experience I had at a restaurant where there was clear false advertising. Instead of getting mad and never going back, I chose to speak up, and they made it right.
I may joke about being a “Karen” sometimes, but I genuinely believe it’s much more valuable to speak up and share honest feedback. Also, "Karens" are mean and I am not mean, just honest. I have so much respect for people who speak up because it’s the number one way we grow in business.
