Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Gina Bianca Education LLC, a Connecticut-based company ("Company"), and the purchaser of the 360° Guest Experience Lifetime Access Program ("Participant"). By purchasing this program, the Participant agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below:


1. Confidentiality

  • The content, materials, and resources provided in the 360° Guest Experience program are for the Participant's personal use only.
  • Sharing, distributing, or reproducing any program materials, including video content, handouts, and class resources, without explicit written consent from the Company, is strictly prohibited.

2. Refund Policy

  • The program includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund within this period, the Participant must provide proof of completed work.
  • No refunds will be issued after the 30-day guarantee period, regardless of program usage.

3. Technical Requirements

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a strong Wi-Fi connection and the Zoom app installed to access live sessions.
  • The Company is not responsible for any inability to connect due to Participant technology issues, including but not limited to internet outages, device malfunctions, or software incompatibility.

4. Replay Availability

  • Replay access will be provided within 24-48 hours of each live session. The Participant agrees to this timeframe for accessing recorded sessions.

5. Program Access

  • Lifetime access includes unlimited replays of the 360° Guest Experience program and any bonus content provided by the Company.
  • The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or enhance program content as necessary.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company is not liable for any damages or losses, including but not limited to, missed sessions, inability to access content, or personal business outcomes resulting from participation in the program.
  • The Participant acknowledges that the success of implementing program strategies depends on their effort and application.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided by Gina Bianca Education LLC is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use, duplication, or resale of program materials is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

  • This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of Connecticut.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing the 360° Guest Experience Lifetime Access Program, the Participant acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
